What happens after 3 years if I chose the €245 one-time payment?

The license is valid for exactly 3 years from activation, with no automatic renewal and no card kept on file. Before it expires, we'll reach out so you can renew it (either the subscription or a new one-time payment).

Can I use the same subscription on multiple phones?

The subscription is intended for a single device. To equip several measuring stations, subscribe once per device.

What happens after the 3-year commitment?

After the 3-year minimum commitment, the subscription continues at €58.80 per year with no new commitment, and you can cancel at any time.

Is my clients' data sent anywhere?

No. IO Tech runs entirely in your phone's browser — no photo or measurement is ever sent to a server.

Do I need to replace my pupilometer to use IO Tech?

No. IO Tech works very well as a complementary solution alongside your existing equipment — a second measuring station, a backup when your pupilometer is down, or a mobile measurement option outside the store. Many opticians start this way before switching over completely if they choose to.
